according toHJ637-2018According to national standards, magnetic stirring extraction is used to extract oil substances from water using extraction solvents. Then, a separation membrane is used instead of anhydrous sodium sulfate to isolate impurities and moisture, separating the solution of oil and extraction solvent, and determining the total oil content of the extract. At the same time, the extract can be adsorbed with magnesium silicate, and after removing polar substances such as animal and vegetable oils, petroleum can be determined. The total extract and petroleum content were calculated based on the absorbance A2930, A2960, and A3030 at spectral bands with wave numbers of 2930 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH2 group), 2960 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH3 group), and 3030 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in aromatic ring), respectively. The content of animal and vegetable oils is calculated based on the difference between the total extract and petroleum content.

4、 Working structure principle

OIL4000BPLUSThe fully automatic infrared spectrometer oil analyzer consists of fully automatic operation software, infrared spectroscopy system, and magnetic stirring extraction system, using extraction solvents(CCl4) is used to extract oil from water using a three-dimensional magnetic side stirring technique at a certain extraction ratio. The extracted solution is then passed through a special filtration device to remove water and impurities before being introduced into a colorimetric dish. The oil content in the extracted solution is then analyzed by an infrared spectroscopy system. If a dedicated magnesium silicate filtration device is installed, the content of petroleum and animal and vegetable oils can also be measured. Finally, discharge and clean the pipeline. This process is automated through intelligent software, without the need for operators to come into contact with the extraction solvent, including automatic sample injection, automatic extraction, automatic water and impurity removal, automatic measurement, automatic cleaning, automatic liquid discharge, and data storage.
